Blue Ridge RC&D Projects
The Blue Ridge RC&D has a wide range of projects that reflect the various strategies and actions that will be used within this widely divergent seven county area to meet specific goals. Those goals relate to natural resources conservation and management and compatible community development and improvement.
Projects are classified in the following categories:
Active: This is a planned project that has been funded and in the
process of being implemented.
Planned: This is a project that has been adopted by the RC&D Council and funding is being sought from various funding Sources.
Proposed Project: This is a project that has been submitted by a council member on behalf of someone within the seven county RC&D area and has
not been voted on by the council to approve it to a planned status
